Join the Food Allergy Institute Team and enter to win 2 Disneyland tickets.
Food Allergy Institute is proud to bring together the food allergy community for the CHOC Walk in the Park, a fundraiser that benefits children’s healthcare programs, education, and research for CHOC and Rady Children’s hospitals.
For this event, participants reach fundraising goals and perform a celebratory walk through Disneyland Resort and California Adventure. The food allergy community is invited to join our team - and you’ll automatically be entered into a raffle with the chance to win two Disneyland tickets.

How It Works
✦ We'll Match Your Fundraising: Each walker is asked to raise $60. FAI will match the remaining amount needed to meet the CHOC Walk fundraising minimum.
✦ Chance to Win 2 Disneyland Tickets: Team members who raise $60 will be entered for a chance to win two Disneyland tickets to use after the walk on the day of the event.
✦ Food Allergy Meet-Up: After the walk, join us for a special meet-up with Disney Food Allergy Travel Expert Pixie Lizzie to learn practical, real-world tips for navigating Disney parks and resorts safely.
